AUDIO GUIDES FOR BLIND AND DEAF USERS. AUDIO DESCRIPTIONS AND SIGN LANGUAGE GUIDES

Bluehertz Audio guides creates scripts with descriptive content according to UNE 153020 for blind visitors. During the process of creating a descriptive audioguide script, the tour description and contents are developed by qualified staff, with final acceptance given by the ONCE Foundation. Likewise, the creation of the actual audio follows the same steps as the script, and is subject to final approval.

For deaf visitors, Bluehertz Audio guides makes audiovisual guides performed by sign language interpreters. By way of a sign language interpreter on the screen, together with subtitles, a deaf person using the audiovisual guide is able to receive the same information that hearing visitors receive with the regular audio guide. To create this service, planning and design of the multimedia tour for the deaf is carried out.
